  • Shoes will be subject to an assessment by the manufacturer before a replacement is provided.
  • 6 Month Sole Guarantee applies to shoes used for normal day to day school wear use.
  • 6 Month Sole Guarantee does not apply to shoes that show signs of excessive dragging, grinding or rubbing on concrete or other hard surfaces.
  • 6 Month Sole Guarantee does not apply to shoes that show signs of use for activities such as with ball sports (unless the shoes are sports shoes), skateboarding, or where the shoes show signs of having been used as brakes on bikes or scooters.
  • 6 Month Sole Guarantee does not apply to the HiTec Haraka shoe.
